El eSun PLA+ Azul Pervinca - 1.75mm - 1Kg es un filamento PLA de nueva generación diseñado para superar las limitaciones del PLA clásico. Su formulación optimizada mejora la resistencia mecánica, la estabilidad dimensional y la calidad superficial, manteniendo al mismo tiempo una gran facilidad de impresión.
Destaca por una extrusión fluida y una excelente regularidad del diámetro, fundamental para impresiones constantes. El filamento eSun PLA+ reduce el warping y los problemas de adhesión, incluso en impresiones de larga duración. Su color es homogéneo y opaco, ideal para prototipos visuales u objetos decorativos.
Excelente adhesión entre capas y resistencia mecánica: el eSun PLA+ ofrece una cohesión entre capas muy superior a la del PLA estándar. Esto se traduce en piezas más resistentes, menos frágiles y más duraderas. Las impresiones soportan mejor esfuerzos mecánicos ligeros.
Facilidad de impresión y amplia compatibilidad: una de las grandes ventajas del eSun PLA+ 1.75mm es su facilidad de uso. Se imprime sin dificultad en la mayoría de las impresoras FDM, sin necesidad de cabina cerrada y con cama caliente moderada o incluso sin calefacción, según la superficie utilizada. El control estricto del diámetro reduce los riesgos de atascos, subextrusión o variaciones de flujo.
Acabado superficial limpio y homogéneo: el eSun PLA+ se distingue por un acabado superficial liso, con capas bien fusionadas y poco visibles. El color es uniforme en toda la bobina, sin variaciones ni transparencia excesiva. Ideal para piezas decorativas, figuras, prototipos visuales u objetos listos para exposición.
Para aprovechar al máximo el rendimiento del eSun PLA+ Azul Pervinca – 1.75mm – 1Kg, se recomienda una temperatura de boquilla entre 210 y 230 °C, según la impresora y la velocidad de impresión. Una cama caliente entre 40 y 60 °C mejora la adhesión de la primera capa, especialmente sobre vidrio o superficies lisas.
Se aconseja una ventilación activa después de las primeras capas para mejorar el acabado superficial. El PLA+ eSun admite bien velocidades de impresión estándar y altas (hasta 350 mm/s), manteniendo una extrusión regular. Para impresiones largas, se recomienda almacenar el filamento en un lugar seco para preservar sus propiedades mecánicas y estéticas.
