PolyDissolve S1 es un filamento soluble en agua a base de PVA diseñado por Polymaker. Su compatibilidad con PLA, TPU y Nylon lo hace ideal para imprimir soportes de geometrías complejas con el segundo extrusor (doble extrusión).
Disolución fácil en agua: El filamento soluble PolyDissolve S1 es un material a base de PVA que se disuelve fácilmente en agua.
Excelente adhesión: Este PVA de Polymaker está diseñado para garantizar una excelente unión con los materiales de impresión compatibles.
Compatibilidad: PolyDissolve S1 es compatible con PLA, TPU y Nylon estándar, además de ofrecer configuraciones óptimas con PolyMax PLA, PolyLite PLA, PolyWood, PolyFlex TPU 95A, PolyMide CoPA, PolySmooth y PolyCast.
El filamento soluble PolyDissolve S1 se imprime con una temperatura de extrusión entre 215 y 225°C, una temperatura de cama entre 25 y 60°C y una velocidad de impresión de 30–40 mm/s. Se recomienda usar BuildTak, pegamento o cinta para mejorar la adhesión a la cama.
Dado que este material es muy sensible a la humedad, recomendamos encarecidamente usar la PolyBox de Polymaker durante la impresión 3D y almacenar siempre la bobina en su embalaje hermético cuando no se utilice. Para obtener mejores resultados, se sugiere secar el filamento a 80°C durante 12 horas.
