El Polysher es una máquina diseñada para dar un aspecto suave y brillante a las piezas impresas en 3D con el filamento PolySmooth de Polymaker. Solo tienes que colocar la pieza dentro, configurar el tiempo de pulido e iniciar el proceso – no requiere intervención durante el post-procesado.
Es importante destacar que el Polysher es compatible solo con el filamento PolySmooth. Las impresiones en PLA, ABS u otros materiales no son compatibles ni pueden post-procesarse con el Polysher.
La herramienta de pulido de Polymaker está diseñada para funcionar con alcohol al 70% o más (90% recomendado), como isopropanol o etanol. Tras el pulido, se debe dejar secar la pieza dentro del Polysher durante al menos 30 minutos. Se incluye una segunda bandeja para iniciar un nuevo ciclo.
Post-procesado: Elimina capas visibles para obtener un acabado brillante.
Volumen de construcción: Admite piezas de hasta 150 mm de diámetro y 180 mm de altura.
Seguridad: El Polysher se detiene automáticamente si se abre la tapa durante el proceso.
Simplicidad: No se necesita intervención manual durante el proceso.
Líquido utilizado: Isopropanol o etanol (70% o más, 90% recomendado)
Tiempo de tratamiento: Entre 10 y 30 minutos (según el tamaño de la pieza)
Temperatura de funcionamiento: Entre 15 y 32 °C
Temperatura de almacenamiento: Entre 0 y 38 °C
