PolyMax PC-FR Negro es un material ignífugo que cumple con la norma UL94 V0. Este filamento se utiliza en la automoción, el ferrocarril y la aeronáutica donde la tensión mecánica y la exposición al calor son frecuentes.
Con este policarbonato de alto rendimiento, sus impresiones 3D tienen una gran resistencia a altas temperaturas (deformación >100°C) y una elevada tenacidad.
Resistencia térmica: PC-FR Negro es un filamento resistente al calor y retardante de llama con certificación UL94 V0.
Filamento robusto: PolyMax PC-FR Negro de Polymaker permite imprimir piezas con gran solidez.
Calidad de impresión: PC-FR Negro ofrece una excelente calidad en las piezas impresas.
Se recomienda configurar una temperatura de extrusión entre 250 y 270 °C. Una velocidad de impresión entre 30 y 50 mm/s y una temperatura de cama entre 90 y 105 °C también son aconsejables.
Es recomendable usar una cámara cerrada. Una temperatura interna de 90 a 100 °C ayuda a estabilizar el material durante la impresión. También se recomienda un recocido posterior de varias horas para aumentar el rendimiento y la resistencia al impacto.

Probada con un Bambulab X1C, se imprimen bien aparte de la deformación de la parte presente durante la impresión que distorsiona ligeramente las cuotas y tolerancias esperadas. Deformación que normalmente no encuentro con el PC clásico.
