UltrafuseEl filamento ® PET CF15 es un filamento de ingeniería optimizado para permitir a los usuarios desarrollar nuevas aplicaciones de impresión 3D con mayores exigencias. Con su resistencia superior al calor, su alta resistencia y rigidez, este filamento es adecuado para una amplia gama de aplicaciones industriales exigentes. Su gran estabilidad dimensional y su muy baja absorción de humedad lo convierten en una solución perfecta para aplicaciones en entornos operativos húmedos.
Este filamento de ingeniería es más fácil de procesar que otros filamentos reforzados con fibra de carbono. Los usuarios podrán imprimir en 3D nuevos componentes que sigan siendo totalmente funcionales bajo cargas mecánicas y térmicas más elevadas.
Funciona en cualquier impresora 3D de filamento equipada con una boquilla reforzada.
Ultrafuse Además, el PET CF15 es compatible con el BVOH, el material de soporte soluble en agua, y con el HIPS, lo que permite imprimir geometrías complejas que funcionan en entornos difíciles.
Ultrafuse BASF El filamento PET CF15 es fácil de imprimir. Necesita una impresora 3D que pueda extruir el filamento a entre 250 y 270°C a una velocidad de entre 30 y 80mm/s. BASF La platina debe calentarse entre 65 y 85°C. recomienda utilizar una ligera capa de pegamento para proteger la platina durante la impresión.
